Temitope Iluyemi is a versatile and visionary business leader, with strong focus on corporate governance with a wholistic and credible track record of leadership roles spanning across Sales, Business Development, Market Strategy, Supply Chain Operations, External Relations and Government Relations across several African countries and the USA. Her over 20 years career trajectory has revolved around developing new businesses for Multinationals & in new regions, enabling their expansion into new markets and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, to grow and promote a competitive and enabling environment for such businesses. She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria; and also sits on the Board of Directors for P&G Nigeria, , advisory board member- AGOA Civil Society organisation, Washington D.C (2015-2019). She currently chairs the Taskforce on Trade facilitation at the US Chamber of commerce, and I am also member of the Trade Commission of the NESG.
Salma Okonkwo is a consummate professional with proven entrepreneurial skills. Her premier accomplishment was the launch of the UBI Group of Companies which attracted foreign investments and has experienced continuous growth over the years. PUMA Energy is a strategic partner and has invested in two arms of UBI Group of companies: Blue Ocean investments Ltd and PUMA Energy Ghana. She currently serves as Chairman of PUMA Energy Ghana (A Trafigura Company), UBI group of companies and Montserrado. She also holds positions on various boards which include Blue Star Exploration and Makmera Group.
Olanike Anani is the Chief Executive Officer of CLAD ltd, a single-family office that invests in a range of sectors primarily in Nigeria. Prior to her role at CLAD Ltd, she worked in leading global corporations such as Deloitte LLP UK and GFI Group. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales and graduated with a First Class in Economics from University College London, UK. Nike serves as a Non – Executive Director at Montserrado.
Babatunde (Babs) Jolayemi Omotowa worked for 26 years with Shell in Nigeria and Europe. Starting work in a storeroom, he rose to become CEO of Nigeria LNG Ltd, and subsequently Vice-President across 40 countries. A former Global President of the UK Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, he has spoken at the World Economic Summit, Universities such as Harvard and MIT, and many global conferences. He now works with multi-national companies and not-for-profit organizations to help them work more effectively in partnership with the developing world, recognizing the bigger issues involved and finding routes to success.
Prior to setting up Montserrado, Ifeanyi Ajuluchukwu spent over a decade in Corporate and Investment Banking with a focus on project finance transactions within the Oil and Gas sector and later in the Telecommunications Industry. He joined Century Group as an Executive Director in charge of Strategy and Diversification and sat on the board of Century Ports and Terminals Limited. Ifeanyi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Montserrado. He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc. in International Finance from the Leeds University Business School (UK).
Pat Schiele has over 30 years’ experience in delivering sales, operations, and process improvement in various Energy markets across global economies and cultures. He currently serves as the chief operating officer, leading and directing our effective operations and implementation of all projects. Before Montserrado, he spent 27 years in General Electric serving in various roles from Managing Director of GE’s Oil and Gas business from 2015 – 2017, eventually retiring as the Vice president of GE Houston. He holds a degree in mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and Master of International Business University of Texas Dallas.
Oladotun Andre is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Ambrose Alli University Edo State and a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He holds Control systems automation certificates from Rockwell Automation University South Africa and a Hydrocarbon measurement and control systems certificate from Jiskoot UK. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector, where he has worked in different capacities on projects for the oil majors in and outside Africa throughout his Technical career. He is a certified Instrumentation, Control and Automation Engineer and has been involved in various EPC, Installation, Operations, Commissioning and Maintenance Multi-Million-dollar projects across the oil and gas producing assets. He serves on the Board of Deerfield Integrated Services Limited a fast-growing indigenous Oil and Gas services firm and he is the Chief Technical Officer of Montserrado.
